Yier Cao is a fintech strategy leader with experience building and scaling digital banking and embedded finance businesses across Asia. She previously worked at WeLab, driving market expansion and partnerships for its virtual banking ventures and fintech investments. Passionate about empowering women and accelerating innovation, Yier serves on the Singapore FinTech Association’s Women in FinTech subcommittee, where she leads initiatives such as the AI Vibe Coding Masterclass—helping professionals bridge the gap between business and technology through hands-on AI and low-code prototyping.
