Mr Roman Kravchenko

Roman Kravchenko CEO and Co-founder, 482.Solutions Ambassador, GBBC (Global Blockchain Business Council) With over 18 years of experience in DeepTech entrepreneurship, I am recognized as an expert in Industrial FinTech (Web3, Blockchain) and the Green Economy. I hold a Master’s degree in Economic Cybernetics and postgraduate qualifications in Economics and Finance. Over my career, I have supervised more than 50 innovation projects and successfully co-founded three DeepTech and Web3 startups. As Co-founder and CEO of 482.solutions, I have led the real-world implementation of Web3 and blockchain technologies to accelerate the Green Economy. Our work advances sustainable digital asset management within the "Internet of Value" paradigm. I also co-founded Electrodo, a Web3 platform for industrial capital management that empowers companies and investors to increase the efficiency of sustainable capitalization. Electrodo has been recognized internationally by EUREKA (the world’s largest public network for R&D and innovation, spanning over 45 countries), the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), the Microsoft Innovation Center for Sustainability Solutions (MICSS) Singapore, i4Trust, Hyperledger, Solana, and the Polkadot ecosystem. Beyond entrepreneurship, I serve as an Ambassador for the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC), am a founding member of the Industry 5.0 Committee within the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance, and contribute to the Linux Foundation’s Decentralized Trust (formerly Hyperledger) initiative. These roles allow me to actively shape global strategies and initiatives in Web3, FinTech, and ESG. In addition, I regularly share my expertise as a lecturer and mentor in FinTech and Web3 technologies with universities and organizations worldwide. This includes engagements with the National University of Singapore (NUS – Uplift Mentorship Programme), the Singapore Institute of Technology (Associate Faculty, Applied FinTech Program), the Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine, the National Aerospace University “Kharkiv Aviation Institute” (Ukraine), Odessa I.I.
