Part of the HSBC International Manager ('IM') cohort - a pool of high performing and internationally mobile talent to support the Group's global requirements - I am an experienced banking professional with a diverse skillset spanning business management, corporate frontline, compliance and risk management, and transformation, in both established and developing markets, including the UK, Lebanon, Hong Kong, Mauritius and Singapore. Exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in successfully managing and delivering across complex networks to achieve business objectives. Incredibly passionate about learning and development, and particularly in promoting diversity of talent, I am also an active mentor and coach, and regularly volunteer for outreach programmes supporting young people. Finally, I couldn't do what I do without my amazing husband who supports me and our beautiful girls every step of the way!
