Mr Davy Lassagne

Davy is the Group CFO of Hex Trust, responsible for overseeing the company’s global financial strategy and operations, leading capital raising initiatives, and establishing the infrastructure and reporting frameworks to support the sustainable growth of the group. He has over 20 years of sales, financial, legal and operational knowledge acquired through hands-on, buy- and sell-side experience in Asia. He has held several senior roles in various SMEs, focused on finance and overall operations. Prior to joining Hex Trust, Davy was Group CFO of global IoT technology provider UnaBiz and Sigfox, overlooking all aspects of finance, HR, legal, compliance and general administration of the group. He has helped the founders grow the company from inception to over 250 people in 6 countries and US$25M in revenue, raising US$85M over 4 fund raising rounds. In 2022, he orchestrated the acquisition of French technology provider and former, taking over 150 team members, 200 patents and a distribution network in 70 countries. Prior to that, Davy held a similar role in one of Singapore’s largest F&B groups, DHM, assisting the founder and CEO with the company’s restructuring and fund-raising exercises. From 2009 to 2013, Davy was Head of Operations and Investment Banking Lead at Makara Capital, a Singapore-based boutique investment firm. During his time there, he also oversaw the creation of IP-focused investment fund Makara Asia Development Fund. Davy started his career as Myanmar country head for French banking group Natixis in the late 90’s before joining international wealth management firm Meyado as senior advisor in Singapore and staying there for eight years. Davy holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School, majoring in Corporate and International Finance.
