Joewin Tan is the Founder of Quant Consulting Group, a Singapore-based cash flow consultancy that helps SMEs improve profitability, strengthen cash flow, and become bankable. She is also developing an Agentic AI fintech solution to empower underserved businesses with financial control. As a professional speaker, Joewin delivers keynotes on resilience and business financial literacy, drawing on her personal and business journey to inspire change. She mentors entrepreneurs through the UOB FinLab Womenpreneur Programme, serves on the Women Entrepreneurship Committee at ACE.SG, and has held leadership roles as a past board member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organisation and Vice Chairperson of the PassionWave Advisory Committee.
