Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) is a Japanese government-related organization that works to promote mutual trade and investment between Japan and the rest of the world. Established in 1958, JETROs initial focus was on promoting Japanese exports abroad. Today, JETROs core mission centers around:

- Empowering Japanese SMEs including startups for global expansion.
- Championing innovation and digital growth.
Since 2013, JETRO has cultivated a strong track record of supporting Japanese startups in their global endeavors. We offer programs that equip them with tools and resources necessary to navigate market expansion and explore new business opportunities on an international scale.
