      1. TiDB Cloud Lake | TrueWatch Solution

        TrueWatch forwards logs, traces, metrics and events into TiDB Cloud Lake, so teams can keep full-fidelity observability history for as long as they need it. Retention becomes a policy you set in your own lake, not a tier you pay for, with lifecycle, capacity, storage and IAM controls staying customer-managed. Setup takes hours. You don’t need a streaming cluster, ETL jobs or middleware. Rule-based forwarding lets you pick which data types and filters go to the lake, while the rest stays in hot storage. Data lands as batched Parquet files in target tables you control, so any engine can read it.         TrueWatch AI Agent Observability shows what AI agents do in production at every step. It traces each session across intent classification, model calls, retrieval, tool execution and sub-agent delegation. It records duration, token usage and status for each step. Cost is broken down by model, tool, session and trace, which shows teams where their spend goes.
