Meniga Merchant Enrichment
Meniga Merchant Enrichment turns raw transaction text into a clear merchant profile, with a clean name, logo, category, address and contact details for every purchase. Customers see Squarespace instead of a string of code. They can see exactly where their money went and check transactions themselves, so they pick up the phone far less often. For the bank, that means fewer disputes, lower chargeback losses and a banking experience customers trust. It also keeps banks compliant with the card schemes. Mastercard’s AN 4569 rules already require issuers to show enhanced merchant data, including name, location, contact details and logo. Visa’s Enhanced Merchant Data requirement takes effect on 23 January 2027 and covers trading name, address, phone number and website. Merchant Enrichment delivers what both mandates require. Enriched data is also the foundation for everything a modern bank wants to offer. Clean merchant names and categories power budgets and goals, subscription detection, smart search, personalised insights and AI-driven guidance. Meniga runs Merchant Enrichment as a fully managed service. We build and maintain the merchant directory and track store openings, closures and logo changes automatically. It covers more than 90% of card transactions with over 99% match accuracy, proven across multiple markets. There’s no directory to build, no change to core banking systems, and integration takes days.

Meniga Personalisation Engine
Meniga's Personalisation Engine is an AI-Powered platform that enables banks to launch hyper-personalised campaigns across any channel. It processes real-time behavioural and transactional data to help banks understand and respond to customers’ needs with accuracy and immediacy. This allows banks to become trusted financial partners to their banking customers in a time where customer primacy has never been more important. Whether alerting about a bill that’s higher than usual, a subscription that just renewed, or advising on a higher interest savings account, each message is built for the individual customer rather than a segment, so it feels relevant instead of generic. What sets Insights apart is how many ways a bank can use it. The same engine can power: - Proactive notifications and in-app banners that reach customers at the right moment - Campaigns such as a Monthly Finances “Wrapped”, a personal recap of each customer’s month - Dynamic interfaces, where the app itself adapts to what each customer needs - Contextual product offers based on real behaviour, not broad assumptions - Personal outreach, by sending insights to the bank’s CRM or to bank admins, so advisers start every conversation with the right context The bank sets the rules, tone and channels, and Insights delivers across millions of customers. The result is a bank that customers check every day because it tells them something worth knowing. Banks using Meniga have seen a 49% increase in monthly active users, a 71% increase in customer loyalty, and customers spending twice as much time in the app.

Meniga Customer Intelligence
A segment of one, at a scale of millions Most banks still group customers into broad segments and send everyone in a segment the same message. Customer Intelligence gives banks a detailed picture of each customer instead, built from the data they already hold. For every customer, Meniga Customer Intelligence stores hundreds of attributes and scores, all kept up to date from everyday banking activity. These include how regular their income is, how much they save each month, how their balance is trending, which products they hold, their attitude to risk and how they prefer to bank. Together they give a full, current view of the person behind the account. Banks can then act on that view one customer at a time. Take a campaign promoting a new investment fund: A cautious investor gets a message about stability and long-term growth. A customer with a higher appetite for risk sees the return potential. A customer who just received a large one-off payment gets a timely nudge. A customer who doesn’t save consistently each month doesn’t get the push at all. It’s still one campaign, but it reaches only the right customers, each with a message and timing that suits them. That means better conversion and fewer irrelevant notifications. The same picture supports faster lending decisions. By checking a few key criteria, such as income regularity, debt-to-income ratio and balance trend, banks can identify customers who qualify for a pre-approved loan and make the offer at the moment it’s relevant. Customer Intelligence works with Meniga’s Personalisation Engine, so these insights go straight into notifications, in-app offers and campaigns without extra IT work. Every response feeds back into the model, and targeting improves over time. Customer Intelligence gives every customer the attention of a personal banker, across millions of customers.

Meniga Fini: Agentic Banking
Customers have already started asking AI about their money. More than half of adults online now use generative AI in their personal lives, and many go to tools like ChatGPT with questions about budgets, bills and big purchases. Those tools can’t see the customer’s real finances, so the answers are generic. Meanwhile, the bank loses engagement it should own, along with a direct view of what its customers care about. Fini lets banks meet that demand themselves, inside their own app and based on each customer’s real-time financial data. Customers ask questions in plain language, such as “Is my electricity bill higher than usual?” or “Can I afford this rent increase?”, and get clear, accurate answers drawn from their own transactions, budgets, cash flow and savings. Fini goes beyond answering questions. It helps customers plan ahead: whether they can comfortably afford a major purchase, how their savings are tracking and what their long-term picture looks like. The bank sets the logic and standards, so every piece of guidance is consistent and explainable. Customers get the quality of advice they’d expect in a branch, available any time and at a scale no branch network could match. For the bank, the benefits add up. Customers engage more deeply, everyday questions are answered in a single conversation instead of a support call, and every conversation shows the bank what matters to each customer. Fini runs on the Meniga platform banks already use, with no rebuild required. It works with any leading AI model, including Claude, GPT, Gemini or the bank’s own, and customer data never leaves the bank. In an independent evaluation by a large incumbent bank, Fini ranked in the top three of the world’s leading banking AI assistants, with top marks across every evaluation factor.

Meniga PFM
Customers open their banking app several times a week, but most apps only show them a list of transactions. Meniga PFM turns that list into a clear, personal view of their finances, and gives them good reasons to come back every day. Understand. Every transaction is automatically categorised and enriched with merchant names and logos. Monthly spending reports show how this month compares with the last and what has changed. With intelligent transaction search, customers can find any purchase by brand, category, tag or subscription in seconds. Plan ahead. Cashflow forecasting shows customers what their balance is likely to be in the coming weeks, based on income, upcoming bills and regular spending. They can spot a tight month before it arrives instead of finding out after. Subscription detection shows every recurring charge in one place, so nothing renews unnoticed. Make progress. Savings goals let customers put money aside for what matters to them, such as a holiday, a deposit or a rainy-day fund, and track their progress as they go. Challenges add a motivating twist with spending targets of any size, such as cutting back on takeaways for a month. See the full picture. Net Worth brings together accounts, savings, investments and loans, including accounts at other banks connected through open banking. Customers see their full financial position in one app, and that app belongs to their bank. For banks, a customer who checks their finances every day is far more likely to choose that bank as their main one. PFM is modular, so banks can launch the features that fit their strategy and add more over time. It’s built on 17 years of experience and live with more than 100 million banking customers.
