About the Organisation
Officially operational since June 2016, IHH initially focused on custom enterprise system and application development projects, while concurrently developing proprietary encrypted audio-visual transmission and real-time interaction technologies. In January 2020, IHH released the audio and video software development kit (Revue SDK). Beginning in 2021, leveraging the proprietary enterprise video platform (arctos Digitrust.Zone), IHH proactively entered Taiwan financial sector, continuously iterating and upgrading the system to support flexible deployments across on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud environments based on client requirements. Starting in January 2022, arctos was successively adopted by numerous banks, insurers (both life and property & casualty), securities firms, hospitals and healthcare system providers, Far-EasTone Telecom, and multiple Taiwan government agencies. To date, the diversity of industries served and the total number of enterprise clients continue to grow. In 2026, the company launched its cloud system subscription services and external SDK licensing business, while actively preparing for international expansion.

arctos Digitrust.Zone
IHH's arctos Digitrust.Zone solution began with video capabilities (encompassing scheduled video conferencing, real-time video calls, and self-service video functions) yet extends far beyond pure video communication. Designed to instill high digital trust for both enterprises and their end clients, arctos generates a comprehensive trail of digital evidence throughout the business execution process (referred to as a “case”). Cases can be conducted via standalone web-based workflows or full audio-visual communication modes, with a lifecycle spanning pre-video preparation, real-time video engagement, post-video processing, and document remediation procedures. Upon completion of a case, arctos automatically compiles an audit report aggregating four pillars of non-repudiation evidentriary values: verified identity, content integrity, precise timestamp and location data, and explicit execution of personal intent. arctos Solution enables enterprise users to flexibly configure business transaction types and define multiple versioned workflows for each category. These workflows guide clients step-by-step using on-screen text prompts, audio prompts, guided document reading, images and video playback. Service providers and agents can collaborate with clients to complete tasks including e-KYC (featuring identity verification, liveness detection, facial recognition, and face-to-ID matching) and e-Sign (supporting handwritten signatures, facial recognition-based signing, and digital certificate signatures). arctos supports full-session or segmented video recording for evidentiary archiving, speech-to-text transcription with AI summarization and categorization, integration with AI voice bots (including automated outbound dialing and inbound answering), and seamless interoperability with live text chat or traditional telephony contact centers. Deployable on-premises in client-designated data centers, within private cloud or public cloud environments, arctos Solution is also available via a subscription model. User interfaces for both service providers and end clients are accessible across web and native application formats, supporting android, iOS, and Windows.
