Friedrich Klinger

Friedrich Klinger is an Advisor and Technology Lead at the BIS Innovation Hub Singapore. He was seconded to the BIS from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. His work focuses on digital assets, tokenisation, and future financial market infrastructure. Prior to that, Friedrich co-founded and led several technology companies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from DHBW Karlsruhe and a master’s degree in Digital Financial Technology from the National University of Singapore.
