Bakhtiyar Tleubekov

Bakhtiyar Tleubekov is currently the Chairman of the Management Board of the AIFC Authority, where he oversees strategic planning, administrative management, infrastructure development, and global integration of the AIFC ecosystem. With over 20 years of experience in finance, project and risk management, and business development, he has been a key contributor of the Centre’s promotion and operational excellence since joining the AIFC in 2018.
