Cho Ming Xiu

Ming Xiu is the Founder & Executive Director of Campus PSY (Singapore), a registered non-profit organization that aims to promote mental health awareness and peer support among youths and young adults in the schools and workplaces.

He currently serves on the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) Youth Action Group and the Steering Committee of the Singapore Mental Well-being Network, the national partnership arm supporting the Interagency Taskforce on Mental Health and Well-being. He also co-chairs the Beyond the Label - Schools (Institutes of Higher Learning) Workgroup, under the National Mental Health Anti-Stigma Committee, “Beyond the Label” Collective.

In 2022, Ming Xiu was conferred the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards (PVPA) - Leaders of Good (Youth) Award and the Singapore Youth Award (SYA) in 2019 for his distinguished contributions to the community and nation.

He has also represented Singapore at various international programs, such as the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Professional Fellows Program 2023 with the U.S. Department of State, advocating for youth engagement in mental health and social impact.
