      Sanjeev is an IIT Kharagpur alumnus who began his career as an engineer and has since grown into a highly respected technology leader. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Pine Labs.

      Over the years, Sanjeev has led several large and complex cross-functional initiatives, driving execution excellence, strategic alignment, and operational discipline. He has been instrumental in advancing AI adoption across the organisation—using artificial intelligence to strengthen productivity, accelerate innovation, and foster data‑driven decision‑making. Most recently, he launched Grantex, an open protocol that enables humans to authorize AI agents with verifiable, revocable, and auditable grants.

      Recognised for a collaborative and outcome‑oriented leadership style, Sanjeev continues to shape scalable, secure, and future‑ready platforms, with AI positioned as a core enabler of long‑term growth. His vision is to leverage AI not just as a technological shift, but as a foundational capability that reimagines how we build, operate, and create value at scale.
