      Nasim Aliev is co-founder of Skyro, a high-growth, digital-first fintech group. Powered by proprietary data science, AI-driven credit decisioning and alternative-data scoring, Skyro serves underserved client segments at scale, with more than 7 million registered users and a credit portfolio exceeding USD 200 million.

      Nasim brings more than two decades of leadership across banking, fintech and technology ventures in emerging markets. Before Skyro, he was Chief Commercial Officer of SmartPay in Vietnam, building a payments ecosystem for underserved consumers and micro-merchants, and CEO of a consumer finance fintech working with major retail partners. Earlier, he held executive roles in retail banking across Eastern Europe and Central Asia, including Head of Direct Business / CEO Renaissance Credit Kazakhstan.

      He holds an MBA from the American Institute of Business and Economics and has completed executive programmes at INSEAD, IMD and Columbia Business School
