Masashi Yanase is in charge of the FinTech Support Desk, one-stop contact point for inquiries and exchange of information on FinTech, and is involved in registration of overseas business operators for financial instruments business at the Financial Market Entry Office at the Japan Financial Services Agency.
Previously, he worked at Anderson Mori & Tomotsune, one of the biggest law firms in Japan. He has experience in traditional financial regulation, fintech-related regulation, especially in digital assets including crypto currency.
