About this session
An agent that completes a task faster does not necessarily make an operation cheaper. Integration, supervision, exceptions and maintenance can absorb the savings promised by automation.
Which workflows offer a credible return once the full cost of deployment is included? How should institutions redesign processes, allocate work between people and agents, and measure improvements in throughput, accuracy and service quality?
This conversation focuses on the economics of running agentic operations, including when greater autonomy delivers value and when a simpler approach remains more effective. How organisations redesigning operating models using this technology? -
