Weena is the Executive Director of the Cambodian Association of Finance and Technology (CAFT), the national voice for Cambodia’s finance and technology ecosystem. Since 2019, she has led the association’s growth, strategic partnerships, and industry initiatives that advance innovation, financial inclusion, and sector collaboration.
With strong expertise in strategic operations, process optimization, and cross-sector partnership building, she has driven organizational efficiency and sustainable growth across the entities she leads.
Weena is also the Co-Founder and Group COO of D.Q.D Group, a diversified enterprise spanning strategic consulting, F&B, manufacturing, and trading—providing adaptive, market-driven solutions that enable businesses to scale and compete in a rapidly evolving landscape.
