Tan Yan Wei

Yan Wei is the Director and Group Head of Workforce Development at the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF). She oversees the Workforce & Talent Development, Talent Scheme Administration, Career Advisory and Communications & Engagement Divisions. She is also leading IBF’s data transformation initiative.

Prior to her current appointment, she was the Head of Workforce and Talent Development Division and has led the development and implementation of several industry initiatives, to advocate workforce transformation and talent pipeline building within the financial sector.
