Anthea Ong is a board leader, social innovator, author, and former Nominated Member of Parliament in Singapore (2018–2020). With three decades of C-suite and board experience across banking, education, and technology, she champions organisational well-being and human-centred leadership in a rapidly changing world of work. An ICF Professional Certified Coach and Senior Accredited Director with the Singapore Institute of Directors, she chairs WorkWell Leaders, a charity advancing leadership, organisational wellbeing and performance across industries.
A dedicated yoga and meditation practitioner for nearly two decades, Anthea lives by the principle “be well to lead well,” integrating mindfulness into every facet of her leadership and life. She has founded multiple impact initiatives including Hush TeaBar, SG Mental Health Matters, A Good Space Co-operative, CritiCare Fund for Migrant Workers, and the Palestinian Scholarship Initiative. She also serves as Strategic Advisor to Intellect, Asia’s leading mental health company, and to the Project Light Foundation in the Balkans. A sought-after speaker and commentator, she works at the intersection of governance, sustainability, and the future of work.
