Namrata Jolly

Namrata Jolly is a senior leader with extensive experience in financial services and technology, having run teams across Asset management, Trust banking, Consumer Banking & Insurance, in the areas of Digital Engagement, Experience, Customer segmentation, Operations, Cybersecurity, Technology & running business P&L.

She is currently the Managing Director, Head of Asia Financial Services Industry at Microsoft, responsible for bringing value to Asian clients across the sub-verticals of Banking, Insurance and Capital Markets. At Microsoft, Namrata and her team are responsible for supporting clients with large transformations enabling them to achieve value in both their topline and bottom line. She is also involved in engaging with regulatory bodies and industry associations across the region.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Namrata was General Manager running the Business for Callsign in Asia, responsible for leading strategy and expansion of Callsign's intelligence driven authentication. Callsign is a digital identity pioneer headquartered out of the UK.

She has also led cross-functional and cross-border teams across APAC and Europe, implementing strategic & transformational programs delivering business impact- across Citigroup, Prudential, Credit Suisse Asset Management & NikkoCiti Trust.
