I’m passionate about building the next generation of ventures, ones that are resilient, inclusive, and anchored in strong governance. At xcube.co, a Singapore-headquartered Corporate Innovation Partner, I serve as the Chief of Staff to our Founder and CEO, and lead strategic partnerships across Asia and the MENA region. I advise startups and corporates on how to innovate with purpose, integrating emerging technologies and sustainable business models.

With more than a decade in risk mitigation, KYC/AML, and regulatory technology (RegTech), I’ve helped mature multinational businesses and high-growth ventures raise standards around compliance, risk management, and governance.

Over the years, I’ve been privileged to join policy dialogues, share thought leadership at international conferences, and mentor emerging leaders. Through roles at the Singapore FinTech Association, Women In Alliances, and as a Featured Ambassador of the Singapore FinTech Festival, I devote my time and energy to ecosystem building and shaping a stronger global community.

As an accredited Board Director and finalist for Director of the Year at Asia FinTech Awards 2025, I bring a unique mix of hands-on execution and strategic oversight. My career mission is to help organisations navigate complexity, mitigate risk, innovate responsibly and unlock impact at scale.
