Stephen Richardson

Stephen Richardson is Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Banking at Fireblocks, an enterprise platform to manage digital asset operations and build innovative businesses on the blockchain, Stephen’s role at Fireblocks involves structuring, developing, and evaluating strategic opportunities with traditional financial institutions, as well as helping them drive digital asset innovation.

Prior to Fireblocks, he was Senior Manager in the Financial Services practice of Accenture Strategy, focused on transforming customer experience and digital enablement programs for leading Financial Services firms.

Stephen previously worked as Head of Strategy and Vice President of Product (Business) for Noble Markets, a next-generation banking platform that focuses on enabling clients to clear, net and settle FX & OTC transactions in real-time. While at Noble, Stephen was responsible for the development of Noble’s banking and trade settlement products. He also completed various stints with BNP Paribas, Goldman Sachs and Teach for America.
