Chonladet Khemarattana

Chonladet Khemarattana is the President of the Thai Fintech Association and the CEO of Webull Thailand, where he leads initiatives advancing digital transformation in Thailand’s financial sector.

Recognizing early the transformative potential of digital finance, Chonladet left his role as Managing Director of a securities firm to found fintech startups in algorithmic trading and robo-advisory. His leadership and advocacy for financial innovation have earned him recognition as one of the “Top 10 Most Influential People in FinTech” by the Thai Fintech Association.

Passionate about inclusive growth, he is a strong supporter of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly reducing inequalities. “My ultimate goal,” he says, “is to help close Thailand’s economic gap by making investment opportunities accessible, convenient, and reliable for everyone. It doesn’t matter who provides the service as long as every Thai has equal access to efficient investment channels.”
