Irfan Ismail

Irfan Ismail is a senior sales leader with 19 years of experience in technology and telecommunications across Asia. As Regional Vice President for Rest of Asia at Twilio, he leads the strategic and new businesses sales organization across key growth markets, overseeing enterprise customer success, new business acquisition, and revenue growth across sectors.

Throughout his career, Irfan has held regional leadership roles in both global and local companies including Syniverse, Hello Technology, and Singtel, with a focus on go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and account expansion. He also co-founded The BAO Company, a social enterprise platform supporting home-based businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
