Caroline Stern

Caroline leads sustainability for Hilti Group in South Asia Pacific, covering 9 markets across India, South-East Asia and Australasia. She previously founded and led Hilti's global Circular Economy program, establishing reuse and remanufacturing of Power Tools in the company, as well as integrating sustainability in business model innovation and product design.

Prior to Hilti, she has 15 years of experience in management consulting, manufacturing and industrial journalism. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University and, after working in over 20 countries, is currently based in Kuala Lumpur.
