Vincent Maladière

Vincent Maladière leads the Applied Science team at Mistral AI in Singapore, where he drives the development and deployment of large language models for major enterprise clients, from pre-training to fine-tuning and production. His work bridges cutting-edge research and real-world impact, helping organizations leverage state-of-the-art AI at scale.
Before joining Mistral, Vincent was a co-founding research engineer at Probabl, contributing to open-source projects like scikit-learn and deploying machine learning solutions in healthcare and fintech. He has also co-authored research on survival analysis and taught data science at École Polytechnique and Dauphine.
