He is the co-founder of HQB and QAMS, and a founding partner at OD Consulting Ltd., an AIFC-licensed advisory firm. Prior to establishing GWM Capital, he held senior positions at EY, KMG EP, and the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), where he contributed to developing Kazakhstan’s modern financial ecosystem.
