Davide Ceper

Davide Ceper started his career at McKinsey & Company, focusing on Strategy, M&A, Marketing and Organization-related projects between Europe and Brazil, where he co-founded the Agriculture Practice in 2013. After leaving the consulting profession he joined Isagro, a publicly listed Italian agrochemical multinational, first as Global head of Sales and eventually as General Manager.
He later took the position of CEO of Varda, an agtech venture launched by Yara (global leading fertilizer manufacturer) with the mission to facilitate farm data exchange and improve food systems’ sustainability.
In mid-2025 he joined the leadership team at Dataswyft, a distributed data network and technology group with the mission to unlock the value of data.
Davide holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University.
