Dongye Yang

Dongye serves as the Senior Director of the Global Strategic Centre at Ant International, where he leads global strategic initiatives to generate sustainable impact for the company. In his role as Program Director for 10x1000 Tech for Inclusion, Dongye is responsible for developing the overall strategy and managing operations for this global digital talent development program, which is supported by Ant International.

Prior to joining Ant International in 2020, Dongye developed his leadership skills in business development and partnership strategy at Fosun Group, a prominent global conglomerate, where he held the position of Executive Director and Department Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development.

Dongye's career began with roles in product strategy and marketing at the Bank of Montreal (BMO), Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), and Mastercard. He earned an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, a Master’s in Project Management from the University of Warwick, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Liverpool.
