Benjamin Wee is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in global supply chain and sustainable procurement. Known for driving performance turnarounds, he consistently delivers results through process and quality improvement initiatives.

Currently serving as Vice President of Procurement at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). Benjamin is a passionate advocate for impactful leadership and sustainable business practices. His efforts at RWS have contributed to the organization receiving top awards for packaging waste reduction. He actively collaborates with regional organizations to promote sustainability standards across Southeast Asia.

Benjamin co-founded PlanetWise Pte Ltd, a climate tech startup focused on carbon management solutions. He led the development journey from concept to product launch, showcasing his entrepreneurial and sustainability-driven mindset.

Benjamin also started the Sustainable Procurement Pledge Singapore Chapter, serving as co-chair for two years, and contributed to the National Mirror Working Group on Governance of Organisations & SDG Management, reinforcing his commitment to advancing sustainable practices in the business community.
