With over 15 years of consulting and industry experience, Ishita has managed key HR portfolios across Asia and the Middle East. Before joining Aon, she held pivotal roles across several organizations, bringing deep expertise in HR strategy and analytics. Ishita helps clients make data-driven decisions that strengthen their talent strategies and business performance.
