Expert in wholesale CBDC architecture, tokenized assets, tokenized deposits, and stablecoins. Led the development and technical integration of advanced digital currency sandboxes for a central bank. Deeply familiar with BIS frameworks, having contributed to cross-border initiatives and regulatory design. Academically and professionally embedded in Switzerland with prior leadership, teaching, and doctoral work in Geneva and Montreux.
