Bhavya Kumar leads Boston Consulting Group’s digital, AI, and technology work within the Financial Institutions practice in the Middle East. Bhavya works with leading banks, fintechs, payment companies, regulators, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and investors across the Middle East and Africa to hyperscale their businesses and unlock transformational growth.

With over two decades of global leadership experience, Bhavya brings expertise in growth strategy, salesforce effectiveness, large-scale transformation, and investments — having advised on multi-billion-dollar programs covering digital business models, AI-driven innovation, fintech strategy, payments, and E2E technology stack transformation.

Bhavya is passionate about helping organizations capture the full potential of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI. He has led the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI use cases at scale — including hyper-personalization, frontline sales enablement, credit underwriting — that deliver tangible business outcomes and P&L impact. In his current role, Bhavya works closely with boards, CXOs, and investors to turn ambition into execution. Before joining BCG, Bhavya was a Manager at Kearney, and before that, a Manager of Strategy & Innovation at IBM.
