With over 13 years of international experience in financial and legal services, Mr. Kizenevič has served as Senior Vice President at Citibank (Citigroup) in London since 2021, responsible for risk management related to new investment products and services across the EMEA region. From 2018 to 2021, he was Vice President at Citi Handlowy (Citigroup) in Warsaw, working as Senior Risk Officer and Acting Deputy Chief Risk Officer. Between 2015 and 2018 he worked at HSBC Bank Polska S.A. in Warsaw as Corporate Governance and Strategic Projects Analyst, and from 2012 to 2015 served as a lawyer at Varul in Vilnius.
He holds a Master’s in Law from Vilnius University and a Master’s in Finance and Accounting from the Warsaw School of Economics, and has completed internships at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, the University of Cambridge, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
As Vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, Mr. Kizenevič is responsible for areas including EU investments, accountability, audit, asset valuation, and insolvency policy.
