Evy Wee, Regional Head of Wealth Platform & Solutions, Consumer Banking Group, DBS Bank

Evy is spearheading the transformation of DBS’ enterprise-wide digital investment and advisory platform that is tailored for all customers across the bank’s wealth continuum. She is one of the key architects of the proprietary operating model that has widened access to wealth management services for more customers across Asia. Besides leading the Cash Equity business across the Retail and Wealth segments regionally, Evy also oversees the strategic integration of data and AI capabilities to deepen customer engagement and deliver seamless end-to-end customer journeys.

Prior to this, Evy led design and launch of the digital financial advisory framework in Singapore. She was also the Head of Strategic and Business Planning team for the Institutional Banking Group in the Group COO’s office. She was part of the core team who designed and implemented the technology roadmap to streamline and automate internal business processes. In addition, Evy led the project to secure regulatory approval for DBS’ first Australia branch in Sydney. She joined DBS as a Management Associate in 2004.

Outside work, Evy is passionate about supporting art as well as mentoring the young.
