Innovation Lead, Prudential Singapore
Daniel Ch’ng is passionate about co-creating solutions with communities for Gen Zs. He is an Innovation Lead at Prudential Singapore who guides and supports all Prudential staff to unleash their innovation potential through upskilling and exposure to different ways of working. He also leads on cross-functional efforts that facilitate a culture of innovation in Prudential and incubates promising new ideas. Most recently, he has been collaborating and co-creating with institutes of higher learning and communities to help Gen Zs to kickstart their career and financial wellness journeys through a programme called TEE-Up (Talent Engagement Ecosystem).
With a background in product management, events management and community building, Daniel has also founded several startups in the gaming industry in Asia, such as Colosseum, a platform that connects casual gamers with E-sports events and opportunities. Prior to joining Prudential, he was a Community Architect for trade shows and festivals in the MICE industry, where he helped to create memorable and meaningful experiences for attendees and exhibitors. Daniel is always eager to learn new things and connect with like-minded people.
