Cynthia is a veteran in global tech investment, a rare woman deep-tech builder and investor, Cynthia has helped more than 20 deep tech firms go global by the SEGA program launched by Yincubator a VC firm Cynthia founded, partnered with EDB and MAS. This program aims to accelerate the globalization of ABCD (AI, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Data Intelligence) companies, by using Singapore as a launchpad to access global markets, talent, and capital.  SEGA was launched in May 2021 with the publication of the "Smart Economy Globalization Handbook," the first-of-its-kind reference book for Chinese companies seeking globalization.
 
Cynthia has extensive experiences of portfolio and product management, and go-to-market strategy, with senior management experience in global tech giants such as Siemens, Nokia, and Microsoft. She has managed global portfolios worth $10B USD, selling in more than 100 countries. Cynthia's expertise in commercializing innovation, market entry, and tech investment has made her a sought-after advisor and board director for deep tech startups across Asia.

Cynthia holds an EMBA degree from TsingHua PBCSF and an MBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School Business. She also has diplomas from the Executive Program of Wharton Business School and the Innovation & Strategy Program from Stanford University.  Cynthia was nominated for Fintech65 Woman In AI & Data Analytics 2023.
