Smart contracts hold the potential to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance security. However, their integration into financial systems entails regulatory challenges.

This masterclass will provide an exploration of the main features of smart contracts, posing attention to regulatory issues in order to identify best practices. It will be followed by the presentation of a Smart Contract Validator (SCV), developed by a spin-off company from the National University of Singapore (NUS).
