Zhou Na is a Partner at Oliver Wyman, based in Singapore. She leads Data & Analytics practices in APAC. She is one of the firm’s leading experts on data science and engineering. Her work typically involves cracking complex data issues, utilising advanced analytics methods (ML&AI) and developing sustainable data and analytics strategies that deliver. She worked as ExCo members in high functioning FIs, leading Data & Analytics strategies and capabilities (as the interim CD&AO for a P&C insurer, and as the acting CD&AO for a start-up digital retail bank in the UK). She worked in depth with major financial institutions across Europe & APAC, on topics including developing AI powered digital banks in EU and Asia; data & analytics in Capital Market. She also supported ECB’s Comprehensive Assessment. Na holds a MSc in economics from London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Tsing Hua University.
