I founded Blacksmith KYC in 2017 at ING Singapore. I have 20 years of experience at ING in program- and product management, software delivery and fraud management. Prior to moving to Singapore, I led a strategic merger of daily banking operations for ING’s two core markets of the Netherlands and Belgium, impacting 11 million retail customers. Today, I leverage my experience to grow Blacksmith and its next phase of scaling. Next to my role at Blacksmith I'm the Chair of the Singapore Eurocham Financial Services Committee, representing European businesses at economic authorities and business associations. I'm happy to be a mentor at SFF to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, exchange experiences about corporate innovation, digital transformation and innovation practices.
