Sam Lin

Sam Lin is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of dtcpay, where he leads the company’s digital transformation and AI strategy. Since joining dtcpay in 2020, Sam has served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where he built the company’s core payment infrastructure and technology team from the ground up, and established a robust cybersecurity and risk management framework. He holds a Master of Technology in Technology Leadership from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and is dedicated to advancing financial inclusion and transforming the payments industry through technology innovation.
