Vikas leads a diverse team delivering enterprise-wide HR transformation to future‑proof the bank’s people and organization. Vikas serves on UOB’s Group Data & AI Committee and Group Sustainability Committee. With more than two decades of cross‑industry experience, his expertise spans HR strategy and technology, employee experience, strategic workforce planning, and talent management. An accredited company director, he has completed doctoral research on organizational agility. Vikas is passionate about how leaders and HR can maximize collective human potential—a theme reflected in his published articles and papers.
