With 30 years of experience in workforce skills transformation in Singapore’s financial sector, Rachie partners with senior leaders to turn complex initiatives into impactful systems. She helped design the industry-wide training accreditation and grant-claim platform and led the implementation of the FICS framework, securing CEO buy-in and national recognition.
A Harvard-trained General Management graduate, Rutgers MBA, and ICF-accredited coach, Rachie combines analytical rigor with empathetic coaching.
