Sok Kim Goh

Ms. Goh Sok Kim is the Chief Information Officer for Asia Pacific at MUFG Bank, Ltd., where she leads Global IT Efficiency and Capabilities Development as Head of the Global IT Division. Since joining MUFG in July 2019, she has driven the bank’s IT and digital strategy across the region, and as of April 2025, she oversees a unified global IT team to strengthen MUFG’s digital transformation. With over 30 years of experience in IT and banking, including a distinguished tenure at Citibank, Ms. Goh is a member of MUFG’s regional executive committee, serves on the Industry Advisory Committee for the National University of Singapore School of Computing, and was appointed to the board of Singapore’s Public Utilities Board in April 2025.
