In 2014, Shilpi Chowdhary left a Managing Director role at Credit Suisse Private Bank to build an independent wealth firm in Singapore, when the multi-family office model was still new to Asia. Today, as Co-Founder and Group CEO of Lighthouse Canton, he leads a USD 6B group across Singapore, India, Dubai and the UK. In 2025, he was named Independent Wealth Manager of the Year at the Asian Private Banker Awards for Distinction.
His next build is Keenai Global, a wealthtech platform started in 2019 and launched in Singapore this August. The idea came from clients he kept meeting: investors who want institutional-quality products and opportunities, but are priced out of them. Keenai Global answers with a more efficient channel, one digital account with human expertise alongside it. It is tech-led and human-empowered.
