William Wong
Senior Vice President
GienTech
William Wong is the Senior Vice President at GienTech. He oversees the operations of GienTech in Hong Kong, ASEAN,Japan and new markets, driving the overall strategy and execution across these regions with a focus on digital transformation and innovation for the BFSI sector. His leadership has been instrumental in aligning GienTech’s offerings with the evolving demands of the market.
Previously, William served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at GienTech’s predecessor, Pactera. During this time, he managed the business operations for the Greater China FSI group, overseeing 15,000 employees and driving significant growth and operational excellence across the organization.
Earlier in his career, William co-founded two software product and IT solutions startups, Finesse Alliance and Fuziq.
William holds an Executive MBA from the Tsinghua-INSEAD program and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore.
With over 30 years of experience in the IT solutions and services industries, William is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in driving business growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.
