Avital Pardo

Avital Pardo is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of Pagaya, overseeing the company’s AI, technology, and product strategy teams. He leads the design, implementation, and execution of Pagaya’s unique AI-based credit underwriting technology across its two-sided lending network, while continuing to shape Pagaya’s corporate tech infrastructure. He is also responsible for accelerating the company’s corporate strategic vision and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Prior to co-founding Pagaya in 2016, Avital served as a data scientist at Fundbox, a platform that helps small businesses optimize cash flow through the use of innovative technology. Avital holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Physics and a Master of Science (MSc) in Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
