Lisa Schroeder

Lisa is a passionate innovator in financial technology, dedicated to fostering customer-centric innovation through cross-functional collaboration and strategic global partnerships. Today, she leads the Startup Programs for QAI Ventures in Singapore. With extensive experience across Asia and Europe, she has led early-stage AI product evaluations at UBS Singapore and built the Singapore office of vestr, a Swiss FinTech startup. Lisa previously spearheaded startup incubation efforts at Tenity (formerly F10), nurturing over 50 startups and expanding the Fintech ecosystem in Asia and Europe.

Since moving to Singapore in 2020, she has been an active contributor to the Singapore Fintech ecosystem and has been recognized as a Fintech Leader Under 30 for two consecutive years by the Singapore Fintech Association and Monetary Authority of Singapore.
She holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from Aalto University (Finland) and a BA in British and American Studies from University of Konstanz (Germany).
