Jason Chen is the Head, Build (ISV) and Service (GSI, MSP), Ecosystem, IBM Asia Pacific. He has been in the IT industry for 15 years. Jason held various key positions including Head, Partner Recruitment, IBM Asia Pacific and Country General Manager, IBM Systems.

As an innovative thought leader, Jason is constantly seeking new ideas and ways for his business to be future-ready for growth. He is passionate about transformational technologies such as Al, machine learning, and blockchain; sustainable development and green IT; and the future of work and digital transformation.

Jason is also passionate about Youth Talent development. He is the advisor to the Singapore Computer society Youth council. He spends his time mentoring youths and helping them grow their careers.
