Andrew leads Franklin Templetons Digital Assets projects in Asian and the Middle East. He is currently leading several pioneering fund tokenization projects in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UAE using the Franklin OnChain U.S. Government Money Fund. Which is the first U.S. registered mutual fund run on public blockchain technology that was launched in 2021.
He has over 28 years industry experience working with Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Citibank, and Tiedemann Investment Group. He was the founder of Shadforth Financial Group in Australia that was acquired by IOOF in 2014.
He undertook a PhD at the University of Pennsylvania and holds degrees from the University of Melbourne and University of Tasmania.
